Online Bill Pay
- The first time you log in you will need to complete the bottom portion of the form (New customer sign up).
- Once you receive your password, you will log in using the top portion of the form (Login for customers already enrolled for Internet use).
- Your transaction must be completed prior to 5PM (EST) on the due date stated on your bill or a late fee will be assessed on the next bill.
- System goes down for maintenance between 9:30 PM & 1:00 AM every day.
- If the account is currently cut-off due to non-payment and you pay on-line after normal business hours, the account will not be reconnected until the next business day.
- If you are cut off and pay online call 478-825-7701, opt 3 and let us know you made an online payment so we can schedule the reconnect.
