    Your transaction must be completed prior to 6PM (EST) on the due date stated on your bill or a late fee will be assessed on the next bill.

  • Do not hit the back button or refresh the screen will making a payment. Your account may be double billed.

  • Please allow 12-24 hours for online payments to post to your account.

  • The first time you log in you will need to complete the bottom portion of the form (New customer sign up).

  • Once you receive your password, you will log in using the top portion of the form (Login for customers already enrolled for Internet use).

  • If the account is currently cut-off due to non-payment and you pay on-line after normal business hours, the account will not be reconnected until the next business day.

  • If you are cut off and pay online call 478-825-7701, opt 3 and let us know you made an online payment so we can schedule the reconnect.
